Please has anyone gone for this follow up interview? Please what's it all about?

Also, i see on the website that it says the first available appointment is Feb 11 2019 but when i try to schedule an appointment, the earliest date on the list is June 10 2019.

Please i need advice on how to pick an earlier date, if anyone can help out

That's the same time I picked an interview date for myself and my mom since we were also called for follow-up interview. Although we are not in a hurry to travel, I left it like that as it gives m enough time to build up m account and think of whatever information I may have lost since I didn't back up my Ds160 forms. There is no way you will know if you cancel the present appointment and try to book another you'll get an earlier date unless probably you place a call to the embassy. I believe the number was posted here a while back so scroll up and try your luck.

If the person saved the details of the form or printed a copy/copies then you can request for same. I hope this person knows them well enough to have filled forms om their behalf. Personally, i don't encourage people contracting others (especially agents who have nothing to lose) to fill applications on their behalf.

I am going for an Offshore Tech Conference come May 2019 which is for Oil and gas and since we do solutions for Total, I started to think maybe we go for this Conference too.

disregard, bae was in same boat.. she didnt print nada, as one doesnt have any access to the ds 160 form, she went for the interview, no document was asked from her, 2 minor questions asked..and bam blue paper..denial

And how much will this process retrieve? I understand you have to do this by creating a new DS160 form from the old, then depending on details that will populate the new. Some vital info will still be missing you know.

I get bothered though, how can we be “hunting” for what we filled in our forms sef? Is it not our details again? Tor!

You should be able to retrieve 90% is your details. That was what I used in my current application. The rest of the details are something you will definitely know

If trip is urgent let her travel wen she returns she wud renew Incase she is called for interview under 221g

Pls, experienced people in the house, can my sis, who was formerly seeing "Administrative Processing" on her Visa status, but now she sees "ISSUED" today. Can she now proceed to the collection centre right away. Am asking, because is kind of far. Or should we wait till next week?

I wil advise she go next week like Monday or Wednesday atleast by then she is almost 100% certain passport is ready for pick up.

Pickup mail should come in tomorrow. Would advise - if she isn’t in a hurry - to work with going to pick it up by 2nd or 3rd January, fair enough.... The roads will be calmer on those days I believe.

You don't need any docs whatsoever .
The only thing you need is sincerity. Make sure you tell them your true intentions both the first and second and be very adamant and confident.Oyinbo people like honest people.once you tell them they will give it to you then it won't be illegal to work when you go to Houston.
