A man was found dead hanging from a tree in a case of apparent suicide. 

The deceased identified as Ifeanyi Ogbu from Iheakpu Obollo-Afor, Udenu local government area of Enugu state, reportedly committed suicide in the early hours of today. 

His corpse was found in the bush by a villager who raised an alarm and notified others. 

The reason for the alleged suicide act is yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report. 

His corpse has been evacuated.

In Igbo culture, anyone who commits suicide by hanging(Ikwu-udo) has commited sacrilege. Just touching the body while it is hanging on the tree will turn who ever touched it into an outcast.

Suicide in this method takes several months to plan before execution will finally take place.He would be thinking of the less painful aspect of taking his life.Like drinking sniper,stabbing himself,lying on the railway track before the train.So he finally chosed this way .

Meanwhile,i have not heard any other appointee announcing the result of a presidential election other than INEC chairman.There will be a litigation against president jubrill appointing his sister to announce election result.The 2019 election will not be credible.
