Regarding your account, paypal is requesting for a valid proof of Identity. The IDs you uploaded on google drive would not be accepted by paypal. Uploading such IDs may lead paypal to place a lock on your account.

Now my question is,
Am a upcoming music artists and you know that music is sold online this century, and the only way for me to receive my revenue generated is through PayPal account, and all the music distributor support PayPal , and as a upcoming singer, i don't want to make mistakes because i don't have experience on how all this big record label does it to receive their money.
So what PayPal account can i open is it US or UAE or SA, thank you.

But in respect to the Paypal acct to open, I advise that u leave US paypal alone because of the requirements such as SSN and others which bring probs.
But SA paypal is good too but can't withdraw to card, only to SA bank.
So go for UAE.
