I applied without the Staff ID, I met every other requirements. 23yrs, 1st Class, Would I still be shortlisted?

My problem now is the test center I live in Benin and there's no centre in Benin but there was last year. I don't know how I will go to PH just because of test.

It depends on how important getting the job is to you. You would be informed days before the test day so you can have ample time to prepare

It's like you've not traveled to another state before to go and write test and In the end you don't scale through the interview some don't even pass the test. If it's interview I can travel but for test I can't it's not worth it. Better still they should have put it online for people to do instead of wasting people's money and time.
