This is commendable President Buhari. The Judiciary cannot hold you to ransom not alone the suspended CJN.

For the records, I stated this before the former CJN was put to rest.

The judiciary is really messed up. Cases are delayed for years and declarations are manipulated due to bribery.

Judges are no longer sincere in their declarations. A lot is going wrong. And to think these people are the final hope of the people is a big tragedy.

What our President Buhari is asking for is not difficult.

Come up with your assets declaration. What and what do you have before assuming office and how much do you have now?

That's not difficult if you mean well for Nigeria and Nigerians as a whole.

You can't be a judge and have N400m in your account, you can't be a judge and have N1b in your account. What type of job are you doing? What kind of judgement are you passing? Is there any other job you do apart from being a judge?

These calls for concern and the President anti corruption campaign is transparent enough to see his intention yet the judges that should know better are the ones suppressing the effect.

Shame on bad judges. You can't use your power to kill the anti corruption campaign.

You can know the law but you're not above the law. You are right pls tell them yare

This will actually reduce corruption in Nigeria, even if they want to be corrupt, they will do it with fear, unlike the government of the PDP that almost cripple this country
becos, they were corrupt with boldness!

Ur last statement "You can know the law but you're not above the law" proved u definitely don't have sense!! u ended up shooting yourself!!
From all ramifications, Buhari is acting above the Law!!
Democracy is at stake, there is absolutely nothing to justify the suspension of the CJN without due processes been observed!!

When does the Presidency (executive) becomes the judiciary that know the law and above the law? Don't be stupid!

There's only provision for the removal of the CJN in the constitution just in case you're to lazy to read it. Pick it up and read. The President didn't act above the law, he followed due process, most especially the submissions from the CCT report. Don't just come online and type rubbish.

His case was quite different, it was duly submitted by the NJC to the President because he had little problem with the CJN, so someone has to leave even if it was wrongly done

A man of integrity will never tow an illegal line to solving any issue. No matter how much genuine the justifications may be.

Buhari is going back to Daura.

Meanwhile,

INEC boss will rig the election through collation officer (Buhari's niece) and APC will be declared winner, when PDP/Atiku run to court, the new CJN will uphold APC victory.

The way some of you talk is as if you are God.
Buhari will go back to Duara some day, but when God wills.

One thing I have come to learn over time is, the best decisions are not always popular among the masses.

what is this one even saying....??
How can u be typing this poo publicly....
So what u are telling me is that u know the constitution more than 90% members of the NJC defending the issue!!
Leave sentiments aside and ascertain the veracity of democracy for once, nobody is saying the CJN won't go through scrutiny, but the manner of approach to which it was carried out within a twinkle of an eye is quite alarming, like u said nobody is above the law but someone is currently jeopardizing with the constitution without the awareness of other arms of government.....
Even Festus Keyamo who is a SAN has suddenly gone mute!! only the sai babarians are busy showcasing how stupid and ignorant they have become.... Anyway e go soon clear for una eye!!
8yrs leadership ain't a birth rite!!

You've no clue what you're typing. I can boldly say even the NJC won't contest the President's decision because the constitution is only clear of the process of removal of the CJN and not his suspension. Don't just type, type with a knowledge of what you're defending.
