We are reading the Lakers, particularly the veterans (Stephenson, McGee, Beasley) had a verbal outburst that was short of a physical altercation with coach Luke Walton after last night's loss to the Warriors. How come no one is crying wolf and demonizing the Lakers, coaching and the players involved?

If it were the Celtics, I bet you it would have flooded this thread with exaggerated stories of discord in the team. The LA rumor machinery supported by the mainstream media has found a way to underplay the incident.

Una well done oh, I am watching in 7D

Too bad what Hayward's injury did to him. He has become the greatest non-scoring player in the NBA. Don't think getting paid 20 million or more a year to not score or hardly score was the plan but I don't think the Celtics are going to accept Hayward's role for the long term. I still think trying to trade him to Cleveland for Love may work for both teams. Hayward's lack of scoring would mean mean/would have meant he could have actually helped the Cavaliers tank this season, and Love not playing wouldn't have been much different than Hayward playing and not scoring for the Celtics. That would have been a win-win wouldn't it!!

A very important W for the Celtics, especially since it is at the TD Garden. Clutch performance from Kyrie.

35 assists against a team that has won 7 in a row.

I can't believe it's been 9 years since Suh came into the league. I can vividly remember the Hype surrounding this Kid in college during the 09/10 season. Some saw it as the Sam Bradford draft but for me it was the Ndamukong Suh draft. How time flies.

Depending on the caliber of teams and the seat. Ticket for GSW last week same seat I had was going for like $600 and vs a team like Detroit might go for less than $100

I bought from ticketmaster and it was $200

$600 wetin? For a regular season game not an NBA Finals game? They can keep it abeg. My only requirement is that one of teams has to be a Big team.

Even $200 is pushing it a bit but wouldn't mind paying it for that calibre of game.

Congratulations to M. Smart as he passes the great Havlicek on our all-time steals list.

Smart has been our emotional leader and has gradually become a better 2-way player as buttressed by his performance today.

Both Defences are ontop here. Wooooahhhh Brady just got sacked.

Gronk is a beast. So hard to bring down. Kind of Reminds me of Eben in rugby.

That is because his time with the Dolphins was riddled with dirty plays. He seems to have cooled down with the dirty plays since joining LA but he can be a hot head. I remember he used to get fined every other week because of his dirty plays.

It depends on the date of the game too, Weekend games Friday night etc are also more expensive, Also when you bought it counts too, the closer to the game the better
Some regular season might be more expensive than playoffs, because of the caliber of team.
GSW is the biggest game with players everyone wants to see and the tickets are pricey

This makes so much sense.

I get why Warrior's games are priced High. Kind of like the Bulls in the 90s. I'm just saying it's massively overpriced. GSW NBA finals games must cost over a Grand then.
Re: The NBA Begins by chic2pimp(m): 1:35am On Feb 04, 2019
Pats get the first points on board.

The Rams defense doing a good job on Brady so far. It won't last long though as they'll tire as the game wears on.

The Rams need to keep their Offensive players on the field a little longer than they are doing now. They'll simply tire out their defensive players at this rate.

The Rams have been unable to run the ball with either Anderson or Gurley and that is affecting their offensive rhythm. The Patriots secondary defense is also anticipating the big throws and you can see they are doing a very good job with the one on one covers. Goff looks jittery and rightfully so because this is his first Superbowl.
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 1:42am On Feb 04, 2019
That 3rd and 2 play just buttressed my earlier post. The Pats secondary defense has left Goff confused and scared for the big throw. The O line flushes him out of the pocket but there is no deep threat because of the covers.

You can see the difference between a Veteran like Brady and Rookie like Goff. Brady was getting a little fustrated earlier on as the Rams were shutting down His passing channels. He has adjusted though and His looking much calmer now. Goff on the otherhand is struggling to get rid of His nerves for the time being.

Still reckon a low scoring affair would suit the Rams better.

Bruhhh you should be supporting the Rams. A Rams win means a Happy Kroenke. A Happy Kroenke just might have a positive effect on Arsenal as a football club.

A low score game into the 4th definitely suits the Rams but the Rams offense has to come alive at some point. Brady is getting a lot of small completions and that is building some rhythm for the Pats.

Honestly, I could care less who wins. Stan does not care about Arsenal, business in the Uk is not the same as the US. In comparison to the UK, the US economy and business clime is profit oriented and capitalist, consequently, an American investor is hesitant to throw so much into a heavily taxed business in the UK.

My Green Bay Packers are not playing so I am only watching for fun sake.

That's why I said the Rams have to keep their offensive players on the field for longer. For starters, they don't want to tire out their defensive players(defensive plays are more tasking) and 2. You want Brady off the field for as long as possible. You simply don't want Him getting into any sort of rythmn.

I reckon they will. Their explosive Running game as to show up. Edelman alone has almost double the Yards of the Rams. That simply can't continue
