I need an advice pls, i stay alone on my one room apartment but then this friend of mine came that he want to squat with me i told him he is going to pay me a certain amount he agreed but after parking to my room he kept mute about our transaction, anytime i bring up the topic he just ignore me now my rent has expired and he travelled but coming back and his things are in my room i want to call him and tell him that if he is coming he is coming to pack his things but anytime i want to call i feel like am been wicked and will not have the mind to tell him and he has this kind of pity face.. He has money but he is very stingy in giving thats the main reason why i want to collect money from him,,,i cant just pay rent twice when someone like him is squating in my room without paying a dime,,,,, so i just need an advice on what to do

Next time put the agreement in black and white with the stated percentage paid by each of you and the level of freedom each has based on the paid amount then both of you will sign, a witness will sign and each of you will have a copy.. Shikena!

Even marriage has a signed agreement certificate let alone ordinary squatter or room mate.

I will advice u dont accept the rent money from him...such a character is capable of planing against u or hurt u if he eventualy pays u and continue living with u....his character is already out for u to see..avoid such fellow...atleast from living with u
