Until you open your application, the decision of the visa officer is unknown to anyone.

But from my understanding and research, about 90% of returned visa applications with a VAF reference number as email subject from UKBA email were successful.

Stay calm and relax.
please is it possible for tlscontact to request for a document you forgot to add to your documents after you have informed them about it?

No responsible company will do that most especially the way your inlaw cooked up that story.

Your performance bonus will be part of your employment contract and the payment will stated in the payslip, you will be paid travel allowance on official trip and not on private trip.

Thanks for your response. Appreciated.

Justwise and other gurus ... I need ur advise pls ... my friends mum left for the UK in 1983 immediately after the demise of her hubby who happens to be my friends father ... in her visa application , she included my friends name and got the UK visa. On getting to the UK she remarried and became a british citizen.

Ffw to 2011.. My friend got pregnant for a dude and gave birth to a Boy... The guy accepted the boy byt not the mother so the boy shares the same surname with the father but the mother still bear her fathers name since they arent married.

FFW TO 2019... My friends mum wanted her to visit with her 8yrs old son this April for easter... Remember her name was included in her mums application in 1983.

PLS ADVISE US WHAT TO DO NOW

1. THE boy and mother do not share the same surname and they are being invited with same IV. WHAT TO DO to avoid denial.

2. My friend has a birth certificate that shows name of the boys father and her own name .

3. Can she apply with the boyknowing full well that they dont share same name? What documents should include in rhe application to avoid denial

Thanks.

Kindly advise pls .

There is nothing your friend can do other than stating things as they are, she needs a consent letter from the daddy allowing her to travel with the boy.

I'm sure that those companies in that link embedded that in their employees contract and the question to you is..does your Inlaw's employment contract has that? Was the travel incentive stated on his payslip?

If this arrangement is true then let him try another country and get the visa just to prove the ECO wrong

No there is no travel incentive stated on it only compensation for performance which was what was given to him as best performing staff to travel. See attached the letter which is included in his employment letter

1.Is this copy and paste or is this how his payslip looks like?

2. There performance incentive is stated to be up to 855.000, meaning it can't be more than 855000 so why did he claim 1M in his visa application?

Not copy and paste. It is stated in his employment letter. The letter is three pages and he just sent only this to me.

He did not claim one million . It is his employer that paid in the money. He said that the award was presented to him during the 2018 AGM by the CEO to travel to UK as best performing staff. I even attached the letter. Well from what I know the company is a very big company that is owned by an Igbo trader, the man is very rich Igbo trader so he is able to give such money as travel incentive. Attached is award certificate he just sent to me

Please don't make me laugh, an igbo trader will give your inlaw those benefits listed in his payslip including 1M to visit London for 4days?

Have you ever been to Abia, Onisha or Alaba international market to see how Igbos run their businesses?

I'm 100% Igbo.

Lol.
Maybe he meant an Igbo Businessman. Even my own in-law will not part with half of that amount to any of his staff.

Justwise many thanks for all your comments I appreciate. U are always saying the truth. But now what advice can u give us to explain to eco for the refusal? For this second application he wants to apply on his own, all the travel expenses is on his head. He is making a fresh application. Can he just go ahead and write the reason for the refusal was that Eco was not satisfied with the travel incentive money that was in his account. and his personal and financial circumstances and leave it like that? What do u suggest please

Leave the money the way they are in both accounts but if you decided to move money then be ready to explain the source of it in your visa application form or in separate paper

Thanks. My fear is that they might say it's a business account and will not be considered for the trip. But if I transfer from my business account, I might say I set the funds aside for the trip, so I can focus or reinvest the one in the business account.

A shoddy copy and paste job.
Guaranteed was wrongly spelt. Im no ECO but that alone is enough for me to conclude that all the documents presented by that applicant are BS.
