This Fulani Sudanese Jubril acting Buhari's characters directed by Abba Kyari and Mamman Daura and their terrorist agents in government.

This zoo created by British caliphate criminal Lugard and his proustite Fulani terrorist's girlfriend, must collapse completely. Jubril aka fake Buhari and whatever evil constitution they are implementing, are not Biafra government. We do not recognize Buhari as our president.

Atiku, Jubril, APC PDP and their sycophantic slaves. Please fight your political fight but don't come our matching leans when next The IPOB is MATCHING.

An Election Petition Tribunal has only a 180days to make judgement. This is a deliberate attempt to buy time and waste it. Period!

That's irrelevant. As there's always a superior court.

In 2010, Aregbesola got back his mandate after 3 years in court.

Tho, Atiku is wasting his time.

I thought they said a clear conscience fears no accusation, if you won free, fair and square why inspect material again?
How can you be the defendant and still want to be they plaintiff also?

what type of silly country is this?
why will the presidency inspect the electoral materials in the name of preparing to defend their victory in court?
Wasn't it INEC that conducted the election and announced it's results?
Why will the presidency defend the result instead of INEC?
Does it mean that the allegation that INEC was compromised by APC is true?
The presidency should at least pretend that INEC is independent body that can take full responsibility of it's own actions.

Stop being dumb na.its obvious you are not used to election petition cases.inec, the winning party and candidates are always the respondents while the petitioners are the losing party and the candidate.finally, the first thing every petitioner does is to apply yo court to grant them permission to inspect election materials under the watching eyes of the respondents who are inec and the winning party

The law is not as straightforward. If you think you won free, fair and square and someone is going to court and you decide to sit and watch, you may lose out.

Why do you think suspects (whether guilty or innocent) always need lawyers to defend them in court?

Seems like you have never seen a situation where a very sound lawyer will turn an innocent man into a guilty one and the law will make a judgement against the innocent man.

Wise man, others are just spitting hate in their comments.
adekennis:
It's obvious APC also have evidence against PDP rigging, both party rig..It's now the time for both to expose themselves in court and APC would still eventually be declared winner.
Atiku should stop wasting money, Inec can even make processing of declaring the materials frustrating..PDP does not stand a chance but those around Atiku want him to keep spending money for their interests and to stay relevant.

Wake up nah, are you telling us that the election lack credibility?

Mr Dumb, understand the game here. Atiku recently was granted the plea to inspect the electoral materials, and no material was made available for inspection up till now. Now the presidency want to get hold of the materials for two obvious reasons:
1. To give INEC the opportunity to claim that APC is inspecting the materials and as such can't be made available for Atiku at the same time.
2. To give the APC the opportunity of amending those areas of obvious public concern and finding other hiding ones before it gets to the opposition.

PATHETIC !

guy,you dont know jack.obviously you dont know how election cases work so listen to those that know.apc are not inspecting or amending anything.there are just there to observe and monitor pdp while there are inspecting and examining the materials.i believe you are confused by the headlline or the news reportage.try and get yourself acquainted with election petitions from 1999 till date so that you will be used to it.let me compare it to a football match where a player throws a ball to his mate far ahead of the opposing team players.someone not used to football will say its offside when its not.its just the rules of the game
