The interview is very far... The person have cancel once and now. Want to edit the DS160 form only. I told him if he cancel it again for the 2nd time. He will need to pay another visa fee.. The only way is for him to edit the form without being cancel. Its possible and how can it been done. Thanks you...

The hospital agreed to treat her anytime she gets to USA as we were not able to meet up last year. We have our letter of invitation from the hospital and all cost they will cover is stated there. Please,hope we won't have much problems with getting visa approval. Already getting scared with all that I'm reading.

1.Did she declare child birth during the interview?

During our first visa interview, we made it know we were going for our anniversary. She just took in then. The VO asked specifically if we are going now to give birth. We said NO. So we travelled and came back three weeks later. She then travelled when she was about due.

2. How much did she pay for the delivery?

We paid all the amount we were told to pay, about $11K. We have zero balance statement/amount paid in full from the hospital, lab to obgyn etc

3. Was the second visit for child birth or holiday?

The second visit was for child birth after the first one wch she went alone and declared at POE coz they she went thru secondary interrogation. They wanting to know the doctor's name and whether we have paid the hospital bills.

That will be an issue because you were asked and you said no then 3wks later you still use the same visa for child birth.

Prepare well because that issue is likely to come up

If you are asked about the three months stay, please don't start talking about snowing for three months. You can tell them you stayed in the US for a longer period because you had just finished with school and had some time to relax and enjoy an extensive holiday, which is actually not a lie. No, as I stated earlier, it's a family business. I was studying for my masters in Ghana when I got my first visa in 2014 so once I was done, I took the trip and as I said it snowed like crazy where I was that time such that my uncle who I stayed with refused to let me travel back until the weather was better as he would have had to drive me to the airport and its an 1h 20mins drive. Agreed it was a stretch, but I filled that when I did Dropbox for the second visa (2016) and it was renewed. This is my third renewal that had m stuck with 221g and my last trip (last year) was just 4weeks.

Lolz! Been looking at him before with all those snow and 1 hr 20 mins to the airport talk. Do you know the number of Nigerians running out of that US East Coast and Canada just because of that yeye snow alone? I’m one example, same with my wife. Well am praying for God's guidance and wisdom.

My wife just took in when we went for the first interview so she wasn't showing at all. You wouldn't even know that she's pregnant. We have been married by then for 10months and hav been trying to concieve. So when we went for the first interview, giving birth wasn't really on our agenda. Hence we answered no and went on our vacation and came back.

We didn't travel immediately after getting d visa, some months passed. We notified the embassy of intent before she travelled for the delivery and declared intent at POE.

Hopefully they don't dwell too much on this as am sure they would to know if we paid our bills and how much we paid.

Am sure they ll also want to touch base on she not travelling with her visa to US for the 2 years validity though I was told that this is not serious.

Overall, I think they just want to know if we have immigrant intent and that we have sufficient ties to home.

We ll work on every aspect and with God's guidance will scale thru IJN.

Ok,I'm a fresher.Dont know much about this,but the invitation letter is detailed and d cost of d treatment was stated,they also noted that no taxpayer's money will be used for this as the doctors' are offering a free service.Besides,we ll be paying something for the accommodation and flight ticket.That it's a contribution to us's Economy. Lol! It's ok,I'm hopeful! Just getting prepared.

that 8 and 9 were very mean, especially 8.

Firstly as u also quote, he cant cancel the appointment anymore, Also the form can still be rectified if he haven't submitted his DS-160 online but if he has submitted the form, he will have to purchase a new MRV and start all over or he stick to his information and get prepared to convince them at the interview. Same person interviewed me, the First Lady after the thumbprint lady, she wore a silver neckpiece , centre part hair and she’s obviously tall
