No more light to shed sir,if you have the means enroll for the program,but what I did was I downloaded loads of videos on YouTube,afterwards I graduated to buying courses on udemy,the thing is I am a lazy dude,if I am a little bit serious like spending 2 hours daily on this I should have been a guru,reason I arvise you to go for the training,you will be forced to be disciplined..but if you can manage or squeeze two to three hours of your time daily for the next six month you will make enough money.

I can say that freelancing and affiliate marketing are by far, the best ways to earning passive income online. I know my background and how far I've come and so i know what i'm saying. In fact, it is amazing at what things you can achieve within a short time.
If you are interested, you can begin by learning python and then PHP. You can add C++ and Java to your arsenal much later.
It is totally possible to learn web development in 6 months if you are dedicated.
If you can, enroll in any good ITC school. But if you don't have the privilege of time and the luxury of money, you can go on youtube and search for "FULL PYTHON TUTORIALS FOR BEGINNERS" (you can always replace the PYTHON with any language of choice).

The opportunities are just endless and i must say that Nigerians are cutting a path for themselves.
