Amen thanks...but if I may ask, did u apply for both or u know some1 that applied for both and wasn't shortlisted? To me, I was surprised when I saw the mail because I taught I would be disqualified but still i decided to take the risk. I'm grateful to God I was shortlisted.

The course you are applying for mostly, which audience are you more confident in defending the reason for studying the course to?

Its more about relevance than convenience. For instance, someone undertaking studies in renewables fits the broad field of environment, someone for fluid dynamics or process control fits Engineering field, someone for network security fits the computer science field and someone for law fits the management field.

Like you, I couldn't modify what I had put on flex as well neither did I see the option to upload SOP.

I don't think anyone goes through your SOP online. you will be asked to make 3 hard copies to take to the venue of the interview.


Ensure you study your SOP well. cos most of the questions will come from there. they might even ask u why OSS not LSS?

I contacted them yesterday night and my application was reopen for me to submit my SOP and also to choose my institutions in a single country.
But I believe there is still no problem without uploading the SOP, you can come along with it for the interview.

I was lucky enough after saying it doesnt matter...they contacted me yesterday. Editted my profile and said I should upload it and change my countries as i cant choose from the 3 countries. Either i choose uk all through or germany and france. They gave me 1hr to do that and i did and resubmitted

@ the emboldened, I started the application and paused it without submitting. I had to continue when I got to Abuja yesterday.

My venue should be in Abuja. There is no precise location.

Sorry I wasnt silently viewing. My desk top is constantly connected to Nairaland, so once I am working with my Desk top, it will always be on. I dont think there is a question requiring my answer and I will definitely provide them. In the mean time everything appears to be working very well and the reply from people are also cool. Seun should ban anyone announcing a whatsapp group on nairaland or anyone joining. It ruins the sensibility of Nairaland forum

Don't bother yourself about that.
From experience, they will all still end up coming to Nairaland for information when they realise how bereft of any sort of information they have in their group.
Secondly, after the inteview, more than 3/4 of those in the group might not even make it to the final shortlisting stage. So joining the group would have been a waste of valuable phone memory space.

Everyone is an Adult, you cannot control what they do choose or don't choose to do.... Just do what you think is proper.
