NTA is such a disgrace. I saw the VI station and nearly wept. See what they posted on NTA on one of the nights I decided to watch. Is it that there was no editor or the entire staff could not see the countless errors om this write-up below??

BBC is also funded heavily by something called TV license fees. It costs 140 pounds a year.

It earns the BBC billions of pounds which it invests in quality program

If you want NTA to have modern cameras, then get your senators to pass a TV license bill.

Popular news anchor Cyril Stober retires from The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), The Veteran broadcaster was earlier reported to have retired from service in 2015, but was later seen anchoring programmes on the government-owned TV after the announcement of his retirement.

Although there has not been an official announcement from the Network service on his retirement, but reports gathered on social media indicate that Cyril has finally retired.

In 2018, he wedded another broadcaster with the NTA, Elizabeth Banu.

The two broadcasters were famed for casting the Network News and anchoring the programme, Tuesday live also on the NTA network.

We wish Cyril Stober a happy retirement life!
