This tie is done and dusted for Ajax barring any mishap. Tottenham have given their all this season, punched way above their weight and will be carried away from the rest of the season in an ambulance.

It is becoming obvious that to remain in contention for silverware at the end of the season you need to start the season with a squad value of near a quarter of a billion dollars and that is just the entry fee.

Then it will be a good thing. We have youth players both on loan and in the U-18 that can be moulded by him. We also have a few players in the first team that will fit in. Just make Kante the captain in the first place.

The whole Ajax squad is less than 100m. Even Frankie Dead Jong was signed for 1 euro. I wish Chelsea can begin to develop faith in youth system product.
