Okay you've successfully apologized to man guess you know what to tell christ when you finally meet him cuz all I know is whosoever lays hand on the plough and looks back is not fit. You chose to abandon a mandate given to you probably because a very smart atheist had a chat with u or cuz u ain't fortunate enough to possess the riches some other pastors flaunt. I guess you would have sworn that you'll die a pastor if u could afford at least a private jet. Well, I'm not your judge.

The summary of what i read is that he was serving God in order to satisfy his SELFISH DESIRES. Anticipation for the supernatural is not a guarantee that you love God.
Although the promise for the supernatural is for all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, but we must understand that there is a difference between a NORMAL CHILD AND A NORMAL ADULT even though they possess the same external and internal features OR A PRINCE AND A KING EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE GOING TO POSSESS ONE THRONE and I would have advice he learn from his colleagues and other predecessors.
Lol...... The manifestation of the supernatural is not even a guarantee that you are or will be accepted by God. (Matthew 7:21-22). Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. (Colossians 3:2).
God works and will continue to work not according to the ways or thoughts of men but according to His own perfect will.
Now that he is now an apostate, I pray he sees the true light of the Holy Spirit once more before his death or else he will be rejected, draw nigh to a curse whose end is to be burned (Hebrews 6: even though he will be ETERNALLY SAVED but before then he should also note that there is a great difference between between a CHURCH GOER AND A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN.

I feel this guy, it didn't easy. I have hope though that like me reality becomes more precious for him and he learns to enjoy every waking moment without all the fear, baggage and garbage of religion.

He suffered from imposed faith. His parents were bad examples yet they imposed Christianity on him & that is the result. He wasn't convicted. From day one he was hoping for a miracle that will make him a believer. God doesn't impose only humans do.

I sincerely sympathise with him. He is not living in a real world. His parents were abusive, his marriage didn't work out neither did his ministry. He wasnt fulfilled & he thinks there's a world he will find fulfilment without fighting for it. That is Utopian

That one is a Christian doesn't immunize you from the vicissitudes of life. The difference between a Christian & a non believer is that your life is surrendered to the leadership of the Trinity. If you're convicted you will not fake it hoping it will become real. You will be real to yourself & God. You may not be able to make others believe you're real but that is human nature.

Whether he goes anywhere there will still be some unanswered questions. One day I'll meet my Jesus & ask Him any question I didn't find answer here on earth & I believe He will clarify. If in the end I discover there is no God at least I lived a meaningful life here on earth except you dont believe christian life style isn't good.

We all continue with faith in what the creator will do, I unapologetically say it's foolishness believing that the being who supposedly feels our pains would wait for us to pray fervently, suffer, and be ridiculed before fine-tuning our predicament. Religion is a sham, but it's needed to keep many alive for the hope it gives and for the fear it thrives on.

40 years and not a single supernatural experience. I believe He is better off disconnecting from the lies and falsehood that is Christian apologetics and doctrines of men.

You didn't pay attention to what he really said, did you? He spent 40 years and never once experienced the power of God.
What does any of your rambling to do with what he has said? How can you as a person pretend you belong to God if you have never once experienced any of what Jesus Christ your example, spoke of and did?

Did you bother to read any of what he wrote? For 40 years, he had not God-experience. What use is whatever faith you have if you have never done any of what Jesus Christ said you should be able to do with your faith?
Of what value is your faith if it does not even come any close to what Jesus Christ had and what the apostles were able to do?
If your Christian walk is locked away in your mind and mental there, of what good is it when Jesus Christ Himself said the light in you, Jesus Christ, ought to be seen by those in the world. And no, Jesus Christ did not mean a shining light as the world defines it.
