"Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified,do not be discouraged. For the Lord, your God, is with you wherever you go."
My favourite verse since I was 5

Philippians 4:13
"I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me."
Whenever I feel down and casted, this verse brings me back to life

There are so many such wonderful verses in the bible. What of where Esther said if I perish, I perish.

Those guys had confidence, if not complete confidence in God. Such faith is inspiring, yes, really inspiring. But how many of us are willing to do such now?

O' Lord, be merciful to us sinners.

My favourite line and the first I learnt from childhood.

John 3 vs 16 : For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever that believes in him will not perish but have an eternal life.

My joy is that I'm trying everyday to become a better man more than I was yesterday or the day before.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered King Nebuchadnezzar, "Your threat means nothing to us. If you throw us in the fire, the God we serve can rescue us from your roaring furnace and anything else you might cook up, O king. But even if he doesn’t, it wouldn’t make a bit of difference, O king. We still wouldn’t serve your gods or worship the gold statue you set up."

In fact, this is the most badass thing I have read in my entire life.

I am way more scared of an empty wallet than these four men were scared of the burning furnace. I feel so fake and weak lol...

Anyone else feels that way too?
It's also one of favorites my favorites as well, for i like instances where humans spit on the face of the worse threat that Satan could possibly muster, and tell him to go to hell, that they won't compromise.

Another similar to it is queen Esther's "if I perish, I perish", so being female, and even beauty or talent etc., is not an excuse for people to compromise and not give God their best.

It's okay if you feel fake and weak, for even the disciples of Jesus felt so at some point, when they all fled and forsook Jesus, but later on it was the same disciples of Jesus that were using such death threats of the enemy to be playing football, because when Jesus has built you up, and the Spirit of God has filled you up, you'd be surprised the extent of courage you'd be able to display, that you'd be wondering if it was the same you.

So you sure can emulate them if you are truly willing, and mind you God strength is made perfect in weakness, so your feeling weak may even mean you are God's favorite kind of vessel, but you would have to let Him bring out the best of Him in you.

Matthew 10:28 (KJV)

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

But if this charge is true (that she wasn't a virgin on her wedding night), and evidence of the girls virginity is not found, they shall bring the girl to the entrance of her fathers house and there her townsman shall stone her to death, because she committed a crime against Israel by her unchasteness in her father's house. Thus shall you purge the evil from your midst. (Deuteronomy 22:20-21 NAB)

"Therefore I will divide him a portion with the great,
and he shall divide the spoil with the strong;
because he poured out his soul to death,
and was numbered with the transgressors."

The deluded Christianity of this most accursed of all generations would thou believe the passage above refers only to Jesus Christ. Any with a discerning mind should find time to go through the entire chapter, and make an impartial decision.
