Buhari's lawyers have nothing at stake.

Their own is to make enough money off Buhari.

It is the inec chairman that is in big trouble followed by other people that were involved in the electoral malpractice act.

The inec chairman might go to jail for the following reasons:

1. Concealment of evidence

2. Obstruction of justice.

3. spoliation of evidence

4. tampering with evidence.

5. cover-up.

Best of luck to buhari's lawyers. Please make enough money off him or the Federal Government.

Every right thinking person knows that Atiku will win this fight.

Una don start to hype things again. Do you think in your life that any court can annul an announced presidential election in Nigeria. Or you just want to write for the sake of writing.?

@ Easy 39,

I am personally assuring you that Atiku will win this case. Atiku was too sure that buhari will rig hence he was able to use his initiatives, human resources and technology to man the election nationwide.

Atiku has a list of state by state analysis of where all the rigging took place.

With the help of forensic experts, auditors and statisticians, Atiku was able to pinpoint and produced a state by state analysis of how the election was rigged.

Sir, be rest assured that Atiku will win.

Years back it wasn't possible to sack a sitting governor but Peter Obi did and everyone is enjoying that precedent.

I pity the INEC chairman. He would likely end in prison.

I believe Buhari is a crook and lost that election! But be that as it may, dude is going nowhere anytime soon! No forget say na Naija we dey....after bullying Onnoghen out of office, Buhari now has the judiciary in his pocket and this is why he doesn't give a fuc/k about tribunal or no tribunal! wink

The only way Buhari can give up his stolen mandate is through bloodshed! You people don't know you opened Pandoras' box by allowing him to be declared winner in 2015! We're now living with the consequences!

To be honest the bulk of the work lies with the Judiciary

They can either make history or let their names go with the wind! Forgotten!!!

Whatever judgement they arrive at, one thing has been established Buhari does not have integrity as he proclaimed neither is he Democratic!

From a legal perspective, inec is not suppose to conceal any evidence, provide cover up for APC, obstruct justice or alter any evidence. This is why i said the inec chairman might go to jail if he is not careful.

Is this not the man boasting that one Ipeazu SAN will win appeal? Anyway, supreme Court is doing push up for last lap.

I am not here to banter with you. But if you have ever pursued an electoral petition case at the Appeal Court you would understand what happened.

We have started clearing the mess by asking the PCA to recuse from the presidential tribunal.

Even though we have superior argument, take it or leave, though we hide it well, we were not expecting Appeal Court to grant us victory.

In 2015, we lost all out appeals at the Appeal Court. You can't dismiss a case because the Justice that read the lead judgment was absent for just a day during the hearing.

For pete sake, the Tribunal is a court of records. Appeal Court is an embarrassment, no wonder majority of their judgments don't stand against the scrutiny of the Supreme Court.
