Controller Of Prisons Delta State Caught Breaking Traffic Rules, Ignores Traffic Light 'Stop'

Delta State prison boss was allegedly caught on camera disobeying traffic rules, thus endangering the lives of other road users.

Behind the Bar Initiative founder, Harrison Gwamnishu, shared the video of how the Delta Prisons Controller was caught breaking traffic rules. He wrote:

Controller of Prisons Delta State. Law breakers #Lawlessofficer

The prison comptroller, Delta state endangers the lives of other road users by disobeying the stop sign of traffic light."

Someone just saw the Prison boss car and probably with the plate number on it and then concluded that the man is inside, what if it's just the driver who went out for a spin or for an errand Prisons boss dont move around without a hilux of armed personnel for security.
