I am interested in farming as a side hustle esp plantain farming but the thought of killer herdmen is really an obstacle because most farm lands are located in the thick bush.  Not to talk about access roads, thieves, pest and diseases, snake bite, kidnappers, selling produce b4 they perish, labour costs etc the risks are endless. Farming is like the hardest way to make money. Top on risks is the one that will take your life ie killer, terrorists called herdmen Do you go to farm with licensed guns What are u doing for safety while at your farm in the middle of no where? I have some dummy plans Security with guns Iron container with fire extinguisher inside My farm is designed to have at least 10 persons on the site at a time. Build one or two rooms on the farm fence it. Hire local hunters I'm open to suggestions 1 Like |

One or two big dogs with you as you roll to the farm. You need a car for this but u can construct a bike dog cage for one dog. Have dagger and cutlass on you. Try and keep the dog by your side or close. Don't let it run free in the bush because of snakes Best is prayer anointing oil and blood of Jesus over you as you go there always 1 Like |
