My system sound does not play aloud but I can listen through headset. all drivers are intact please.

I gave the system to friend so he could resolve the BIOS issue, is there a possibility that he didn't connect the speaker or is the problem from the Windows10 upgrade I did?

Since your device manager shows that the sound card is present it means it was connected.

Just install the right driver recommended by the manufacturer use driverpack the online version that will get the right driver all you need do is to install.

And yes the upgrade might be a possible cause of the problem.

Update is usually downloaded as one but you can actually check for what the update you downloaded contains.

Windows provided 7 updates for me but I want to download only two; windows features and anti virus. Now how do I download just those two alone because all were downloading I had to turn off WiFi.
