Yes bro....was there on Wednesday...done under 30 minutes...no realistic deadline day set yet but I would advise you to go as soon as you can(we are in Nigeria)

Go to PG School, locate their IT unit and complain to them am sure something will be done to rectify that, attaching external passport is not the solution.
