We shall never forget cry cry cry

Under the pressure of mortar shells and in less than three years, you demonstrated that the black man can hold his own.

We Remember You

• General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu
• General Philip Effiong
• Colonel Onwuatuegwu
• General Alexander Madiebo
• Colonel Joseph Achuzie
• Corporal Nwafor
• Okokon Ndem
• Christopher Okigbo
And all brave men, women and children who lost their lives in the war. #WeRemember

To Bruce Mayrock, an American student who set himself on fire, laid down his life to protest against the genocide by the Nigerian govt against Biafra. #WeRemember

Artur Alves Pereira and Count Von Rosen of the Biafran airforce who came to Biafra in protest against the state sponsored pogrom,
#WeRemember

To our brave mothers who cooked and sent to their sons in the trenches, knowing it could be their last meal. #WeRemember

Our little boys who went “combing,” a few returned, many did not. #WeRemember

The World Council of Churches, The Caritas, The Red Cross who saved millions of children with food aid, despite the blockade.
#WeRemember

Millions of our Children who had no milk and died before their time. #WeRemember

To the brave hearts who stood up to the British armoured tanks but fought like lions at the battlefield. #WeRemember

Two Boys who shared a riffle so when one fell, the other will pick up his gun to defend his freedom. To the men who went into battle with five rounds each and must only shoot when he was sure to kill. The men who laid down their lives that I may exist. #WeRemember

All members of the Research And Production unit (RAP), with no help. You demonstrated that the black man can do wonders if only he looks inwards; Home made armored cars, rockets, beer from cassava, engine oil from coconut, the Biafran Red Devil (Armored vehicle), the Shore Batteries, ‘Ogbunigwes’ (Dust mines). Your ingenuity and your bravery.
#WeRemember

Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Zambia, Gabon and Haiti, etc nations that hoisted our flags against the silence of the world. #WeRemember

The Nigerian govt sits on these graves and pretends it did not happen; but we in whose homesteads you left empty spaces. #WeRemember.

We shall solemnise your demise, and engrave your memories on our hearts. As far as man exists on this earth, we MUST remember you. Our gallant heroes and heroines; world without end. #WeRemember

History has always taught me that treating those who were defeated in a war with contempt will only strengthen their resolve in breaking that yoke of subjugation at all cost especially when an innocent generation is greeted with this same insult and disdain for the sins of their fathers , with a barbaric reminder of how they were slaughtered by the supposedly victorious people.

One day Nigeria and we all will pay the prize for the atrocities committed against the old Eastern region and until then we never know peace.

Those pictures there are definitely the handy work and responsibility of Ojukwu your late lord and saviour. Don't pass this on to other Nigerians, they are cho8ices yall made and are still foolishly making till tomorrow with unamdi Kanu who is so incompetent and impotent he can hardly run a family responsibly.

What choice did those who weren't born in 1966 have than to see then treated like 3rd class citizens? Can you explain why all federal investments and assets are located in the north and SW? The ONLY investment in oil and gas is because the resources are located there, but other assets like seaports, rail system, road networks are all in the SW and north...

Keep waiting for that day. It won’t come. Remember, the Second World War was triggered due to Germany believe that they are seeking revenge for the loss of the First World War. But they lost the Second World War again and were further humiliated. If u like Continue keeping that victim mentality

I don't agree with all his tactics, but aunty without Nnamdi Kanu you wouldn't even be seeing this one that makes sense.
It is very uncharitable of you to call him coward. In your own corner what have you done to let the people around know about Biafra?

PRESS STATEMENT

BIAFRAN FALLEN HEROES :: WE WILL MAKE YOUR SACRIFICES COUNT
===============

YOU DIED that we may live. So, on this day, we say good bye and good night once more Biafran Roses. It’s true that most of you lived your lives exceptionally brief like a candle in the wind. But yet it wasn’t without it’s fulfillments of purpose. Our greatest happiness is that you died on your feet standing tall and defending the dignity of our people and not on your knees begging to be allowed to live like cowards.

We are proud of your sacrifices. Thus, we do not mourn like those without hope rather we celebrate your gallantry even in the face of combined forces (both external and internal) determined to annihilate all Biafrans.

But alas! Your sacrifices ensured that their determination to annihilate us all came to zero. Therefore, today we celebrate you knowing very well that we will definitely meet again to part no more on the resurrection morning.

Saying that we are proud of your sacrifices is an understatement. We make bold to say that we are the proudest people on earth over your refusal to be cowed to accept to be addressed as Nigerians (Preferably written as ‘’niGERians’’).

Today, the country you refused to be cowed to become her citizen is now a state where Cows are better treated than citizens.

niGERia now imports grasses to feed cows while citizens go hungry. We are happy you choose to pay the supreme price rather than live in a country where the life of a Cow counts better than yours. Cows are now senior citizens with great privileges in niGERia. Cows from the Fulani North are now better treated than humans from the East. In fact, niGERia is now a state where human beings are killed to bury Cows. When legislations in favour of Cows (Malus) comes on the streams, it’s usually given speedy passage whilst those in favour of humans drags till eternity.

The APC government at the center has even mapped out N100billion to plead with the Cow rearers known as MACBAN. The government is even against Anti-grazing laws and has vowed to deal ruthlessly with state assemblies that pass such legislations. They have equally mapped out billions for Cattle Ranches and Colonies. Unfortunately, they want the siting of the Ranches and Colonies to be head quartered in our land. You won’t believe this: why the roads are bad and unmotorable, the government plans to spend another billion to maintain what they their call ‘Cattle Routes’’. Your guess is as good as mine. Cattle Routes are roads built for Cows to majestically walk on. As if that is not enough, the FG has even procured a license with tax payers’ money to establish an AM Radio Station that will be known as Radio Fulani.

The station will broadcast in Fulfulde language. A language exclusively spoken by Fulanis. This is why people now refer to the government as Fulani Federal Government of niGERia. The Fulani Government claims all these measures are to stop the Fulani Cattle rearers of the MACBAN fame from killing more innocent citizens. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell us what will happen if an order comes via Radio Fulani to kill us all since it’s a language we do not understand.

Today, taking care of Cows is now a national business. However, it reverts to personal business of the Fulanis when it’s time to market the animals and share the proceeds amongst all states of the country as done with crude oil proceeds. Worst still, they have even revoked Gun licenses of the citizens. Only those rearing Cows now have the legitimate right to carry heavy assault rifles.

We can only say we remain happy that you didn’t witness the humiliation that we are currently passing through in this country. Many of us are now being forced to change our names to those acceptable to the Fulani Sokoto Islamic Caliphate before we can get employment with government departments. In fact, the humiliation is too much that it brings us tears daily.

It’s due to these humiliations that we are now determined more than ever to make sure that the Biafra you died fighting for comes to fruition. We are determined more than ever to avoid such humiliations on our future generations. We are determined to make sure that they will never live in a country where a Cow from the North will be treated better than them.

Right now, there are still several numbers of Biafrans that are languishing in various niGERian prisons for committing no crime. These men and women are being made to suffer because they are Biafrans. These Biafrans are suffering because they dare to demand for Biafra restoration. In fact, lives and properties of our people are no longer safe in this contraption.

Off course, we know that there will be distractions on our way to restoring Biafra but we are determined never to be distracted. We are focused to make sure that Biafra comes and soon too.

Until we meet on the resurrection morning to part on more, we say: Sleep on Great Biafran Heroes.

Signed:

Uwalaka Maduka
Publicity Secretary, Biafra Restoration Movement (BRM).

They were 'happy'. They thought they had 'won'. Today, they are homeless and in pain. Natural justice on its way. The tide will get even unto their tenth generation unless they repent of their atrocities.

God bless the republic of Biafra, indeed their was a country,We all Need Peace in Africa,no more wars...Biafra can Never die,no matter how the Nigerian Government tries to silent it....i pray IPOB doesnt go into arm struggle,One Nigeria is not Working, and will Never work,..So in the Interest of Peace,i think the world and indeed UN should at the earliest possible time conduct a referendum in this failed country,so that any part that wishes to secede can do that peacefully,so that there would be peace...Happy heroes remembrance day to all Biafrans,God bless you all my igbos brothers!
