Exactly.. Its actually to confirm if aspirants chose the institution during their respective registrations.
I don ' t have it and I ' m not bothered.
Attaching the JAMB reg. slip and the normal print out would be enough.

It ' d be given back anyway.

in recent years they'll tell you in the exam card in bold to bring "jamb result slip" but this year it's stated in bold letters to bring original jamb result . I nor really know why, I just rush to print original this afternoon

1. Acknowledgement Card (Downloaded from the application portal)
2. #NDAST Admission Card (Downloaded from application portal).
3. #UMTE 2019 Registration Slip.
4. Two Postcard size photographs (#UTME Reg number, name, state of origin, course choosen, test centre and sign behind)

I really don ' t have the original because I couldn ' t access my account.. I ' m kind of confused though, I pray it doesn ' t affect me in any way.
