Okoroawusa propaganda is the finest in the world. Just look at the same flyover and culvert tunnel posted by Abagworo aka Imoriver up there lol From pic-1, you would think it is a beautifully completed infrastructure. But look at the same flyover in pic-2 & 3. Lol Okoroawusa was even decorating the collapsing substandard b with lights. Lol Owerri is a mess and at same level with Aba today because of well oiled propaganda that made outsiders not to see the mess till now.

Hahahaha imo state is in trouble and caged because of propaganda by Abagworo aka Imoriver. Real Imolites living outside the state were deceived year in, year out until now Look at the misleading culvert tunnel post by Imoriver in pic-1 Now compare it to the actual and present outlook of the project in pic-2 & 3
