For those who don't know what FCC and CE certification is, here is it below:

FCC certification is required for any device that has a radiated emission. Most of the testing can be done either at the manufacturer's facility or by an independent laboratory. CE is much more comprehensive and requires compliance with international regulations by individual governments and the ITU. The testing lab looks for all sources of radiated and conductive emissions. Some examples of testing would be to look at all conductive emission coming from the device under test back into the power line. Another test bombards the device under test with high power radio frequency signals. They are looking for failure during operation. Other tests include transient pulse testing through the power cord, testing for failure during extreme temperature and humidity conditions. All CE testing is accomplished at independent laboratories.

it can never be U3 standard, highest is would be is U1 which is also called class 10

U3 transfers at 30MB/s while your U1 transfers at 10MB/s
