WAEC will not give the confirmation of results to you...if your school will give you the transcripts, it must remain sealed till WES gets it, its better to send the other documents splitting the cost with someone else...i.e two or more envelopes in one DHL bag as document. I am waiting for my transcripts before i send out the copies the applicant is to send to WES. If you are in Lag and want to split cost...DHL to Canada is 23k(as at last week when i checked), we can split.

23K is a lot of money even after splitting 2 or 3 times. Why don't you consider faxing.

wow 3-4 weeks...what some have been waiting for over two months for their "turn" to reach.....smh.....

It will only be saddening if the ones pending are being left unattended to and those who submitted this season gets sorted in 3-4 weeks for whatever "reason"

I went to WAEC 5 weeks ago to send my confirmation of result to WES. The woman said it takes just 3 weeks to get the Order Number.. It's 5 weeks now and I've gotten nothing from them. Why is the process extremely slow? [color=#006600][/color]

Does anyone have a sample of the attestation letter?
I wrote waec in a school as a student but my school doesn’t really know what to write.

Modified: I heard it’s not necessary for a student to do attestation, can anyone confirm this?

No you do not need the original certificate..all you need is a notification of result or the print out..but you will need to do an affidavit before Waec will accept its U...

For close to a month now, WAEC has not sent my verification & scratch card to WES. I processed on the 8th of May.

WES sent me an email stating they've not received it.......

Does it take a month+, for waec to send their verification to WES?.....I paid for UPS courier & the lady "mercy" is not even picking her calls. I've still not gotten a tracking number till date.

Yes oh, my brother. I am experiencing the same thing. In fact, I submitted my own on the same 8 of may and with UPS. The Mercy girl hardly picks her call. As of today, her number has been switched off. I tire.

April candidate's documents are yet to be processed, so those of us that went today I was told two months time before we can get any meaningful update..

Guys if you can pair up, please do. even if four people want to send in one package is better, my suspicion based on what i saw at the posting section is that they will package all our docs in one parcel if the destination is same. and send us all the same tracking code or something. after collecting individual shipment fee. group yourselves together and ship together, they can't refuse grouping.

My broda WAEC is only interested in the money... In a system that really works, it shouldn't take them up to 1week max to confirm and verify results. It's a pity that this is where we find ourselves. I think WAEC has been overwhelmed by the excess request. We need people on ground to go and put pressure on them to expedite action,even if we have to grease the wheel of the system.

Hello everyone, someone started a petition against WES in regards to their ridiculous verification requirements from Nigerian candidates. I contacted @didibibi from this thread to help me process my WAEC as I'm not in Naija, she did everything timely and sent me photos that she has done it. It was completed o 17 May, I guess cos of the WAEC exams it delayed and I was beginning to get worried. But this past Monday she sent me the dhl tracking details and I can see that WAEC dispatched it on 20th and WES received it on the 24th. So just wanted to say thanks to didibibi I told her I'll do a review. I was expecting a text from WAEC but never got it so maybe you guys need to send someone there to check. Well my matter is in WES hands now.

They charge differently for shipping credentials copies to Wes. 17k+

Signatories are not all on seat to sign CORs till 18th July. Latest update.

I don't blame WAEC rara. I blame WES. I remember when I wanted to apply for a scholarship in Sweden, their govt only asked for WAEC scratch card for their own verification. I wonder why WES is different.
