9mobile tariffs are expensive however madam you should have channel your complain to their customer care via email. I presumed you were on roaming hence the regressive rate. And to 9mobile that has refused to adjust their call and data tariff, bear it mind that you might loose more customers than your competitors. MTN had to strategized when the lost over 2million subscribers to her competitors. Yours might be worst off if you become adamant
