After SETTING up a blog for him, 8 months along the line he requested a refund. He said he thought he will make money from blogging but he hasn't made a dime. I guess someone convinced him to start blogging just to make money, none of my business where his inspiration came from...I just had to do my job and give him his blog.

But las las I didn't give him a dime

After spending a week doing what should have been done in more than 2 months. He wanted the website built from scratch, I spent day and night working on it. After one week and I was almost done, my eyes was swollen and dripping with water.
Then he called me and asked me to refund his upfront payment of 20k out of 110k cuz he's no longer interested in the business line.
I almost said are you mad?
Well, I said I'm sorry, I can't return the 20k and I'll still take down the website.
I didn't eventually take it down and funny enough, I found out he was using the website a few months ago and he didn't pay my balance.

I have had clients changing there mind, it was crazy. I ensure I always collect my 50% down payment.
