Buyer and Seller are expected to have concluded on the agreed terms and total transaction value in Naira to make the whole process fast and efficient.


What will happen if a buyer declines receiving a product or service and informs you not to release the funds held in escrow to the seller?

For a product, delivery by a registered waybill (consignment note) or courier service cannot be denied as there would be evidence of pickup by the buyer.

For services such as e-currency exchange, we will verify the payment details as well as the recent transaction history of the account of both the buyer and seller to ascertain what is wrong.


What do you have in place to protect buyers from fraud after receiving a product or service?

If the product or service delivered is not up to standard, the buyer has the chance to return while the buyer’s money is refunded after confirmed delivery.
