Guys please i need your help with my Hp 15 laptop, i bought this laptop just 8 months ago but some of the system keys just stopped working and the mouse is also affected the right click button doesn't double tap to open folders. good morning, I have a brand new HP laptop not more than 3 months old. recently I have been encountering an error with the laptop,each time I am using wifi to browse with it,a blue screen error will suddenly oocur and it will say system needs to restart.,driver irql not less or equal,rtwlane.sys failed.

Good day computer gurus in the house
Pls after a failed update of my windows 10 pro from 1803 to d latest version, any application i want to installed always give the error "this app can't run on this version if your windows" some of the application thats on the laptop before to gives error "unable to start this app correctly".
I try using windows upgrade assistant to update again but after downloading and verifying the update it will still give error that the updatr wasn't successful. I tried using windows defender to scan for virus as antivirus app no gree install, its showing me that its controlled by my organization.....
Please help me what can i do....
