ABOUT THE ACADEMY

The Workforce Academy Programme is a 6-month intensive programme designed to develop exceptional talents in ten (10) different areas:
Finance Analyst
HR Analyst
Payroll Analyst
Recruitment & Assessment Analyst
HR Outsourcing Analyst
Facility Maintenance Analyst
Learning & Development Analyst
Quality & Project Management Analyst
Risk Management Analyst
Research and Content Development Analyst.

Successful applicants (Fellows) will have the opportunity to gain new skills in these areas and build on the strengths they bring to the organisation through project delivery, customer acquisition and management, classroom-based training, virtual learning, and case studies among others.

Fellows will be assigned to teams playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement. They will also receive frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues in their teams.

At the end of the Workforce Academy Programme, high-performing fellows will be offered a full-time role with Workforce Group.

I also received a mail for CBT test on Friday. I've actually done their CBT test before. Last year August precisely. But it was for Fcmb bank. It's quite difficult if you don't prepare thoroughly though, which I didn't. So I didn't make it. Infact, that was my first aptitude test.

How much will they pay self since its a 6 months programme? I prefare the Top talent graduate trainee.
