Why ? Weird as it may sound, it's because i get to sip on my hot beverage, especially with the cold weather...it's not like hot weather can prevent me anyway

It is either lunch or dinner, if dinner it must be before 7pm, roasted goatmeat or barbecued skinless chicken preferably African hen , small portion of potatoes vegetables of all varieties, a glass of red wine or Hennessey or legend stout or a glass of Russian vodkas to step everything down

Swallow and soup with lots of obstacles because I can eat it four times daily different soups preferably

Fufu or semo with vegetables soup and enough fish and pomo it that is for dinner..

Breakfast: Eba and egusi with vegetables

Old white yam with egg sauce and abuba anu.

Well cooked ukazi soup with everything inside it and light garri

Breakfast ...I start with cold cocoa drink as early as 6am, then catch up with real breakfast/brunch at 11am. This could be garri and vegetable or rice and whatever is available. I must have my breakfast to get my energy in order everyday
