CIMA should work. There are people with exemptions from ACCA, wrote only 5 papers and evaluation with WES was ok. But why did you bother though? ICAN evaluation has been discussed here several times. Do you have ATS? You can use that if you have.

I was going to evaluate ACCA alongside, i got the exemption for 9 papers and people have gotten 3 yrs equivalent for that. But in my case, WES just did not even evaluate it. i am so sad right now.

Wait if you have ACCA, you don’t have any problem na. I’m confused. ICAN is not accepted, it’s been discussed here serval times. If you have ACCA (no matter the exemptions gotten), evaluate that instead

Please, i need enlightenment on how to get PNP, my occupation is not in demand. Is there anything else i can do apart from just to select all provinces in my EE profile.

Please share.

he took his 9 exemptions so no transcript to evaluate. Has to finish the remaining prof modules . For the f9 one he should have taken just 4 or 5 exemptions

Oh I see. I evaluated my ACCA Advanced diploma and got 3 years equivalent. Problem is you can’t get ACCA advanced diploma since you have all those exemptions. I’ll say your best bet is to use your CIMA since you have that already

Good day All,

First of all, let me take this opportunity to appreciate everyone who has helped and are still helping folks here to be in the right track in this Canada journey.

I need someone to walk me through on being in the pool for AINP route. I’ll like to drop my little profile first.

Age: May 9th, 32years.
Status: single
Current IELTS: LRWS - 7, 5.5, 6, 7. (Note, I’m still aiming the 8777)
NOC: 6235
Sibling- PR, Calgary Alberta.
Bsc- Evaluated with ICES
Msc- Doing clearance to collect my success letter

Real Issue:
I have been seeing where AINP send NOI to CRS scores ranging 330- and above. So now my issue is, I tried creating a profile on CIC website with GCKey. After providing all the required information I get the “you are not qualified”. I want to be in the PNP route for Alberta while waiting for my IELTS and ECA for my MSc to be ready for upgrade to EE (I know EE is the best bet for me). So how do I get into the pool for Alberta PNP route? Maybe I think I’m trying to play safe, any route (EE or PNP) regardless is cool for me.

Many thanks.

NB: My apologies if here isn’t the right place to post this, I’m looking out for proper guide from experience people.

Homextras:
Good morning House,
I am going the PNP route and just got an ITA. However, upon accepting the ITA I observed a difference in my date of birth on my profile. Say I was born in 1992, but saw my profile now showing as 1990, maybe I entered it in error without paying attention. My real age is 1992,my Ontario profile, my ielts, Wes, Intl passport, birth attestation all carry 1992. Now should I decline ITA and edit this mistake or continue and simply attach a letter of explanation? My score is 1033
My candid opinion is that you should sort it out with an LOE. It was simply an error. To that LOE attach again your WES, intl passport bio data page and birth certificate to confirm. Explain that all other documents you have used for EE and even your Ontario profile has your real age. Don't decline the ITA. There is this document called Schedule A. Check to see if there us a column for date of birth, if there is, I suggest you fill Schdule A and sign it. Add it to the LOE and explain why you have done it. You simply need to leave no doubt in the mind of the officer that it was an error. My 2cents.

hi,
I dont think Alberta has any special pool for PNP. just create the normal EE profile and select Alberta as one of the provinces u are willing to reside. So they normally just get into the pool from time to time, based on what they are looking for and select people.
I may be incorrect sha, but that my understanding...

I wrote my ielts with Mod on the 27th of August and the result came out so LRWS- 8,8,6.5,7.5 however i feel i wrote properly to at least get a 7 or even a 7.5 in writing, i dont know if its a good idea to request a remark /Eor on my result as theres a strong conviction my writing was better than this.. so an Eor on both writing and speaking for good measure... i need advice on this and also how do i follow up with idp Australia when i have requested and Eor..
Me am wondering the month you did the exam, you probably meant July and not August. A remark is what I would also advise. All the best.

Your understanding isn't wrong o. That's just how it goes for Alberta PNP.
That's just what I want to do. I am just waiting for my ECA to be completed. Hopefully this month.

Thanks for your reply. Is there a way I can be in the pool with my little profile stated above without getting the “you are not eligible”.

your 5.5 is making you ineligible. No module must be below 6

I guess it’s same as people who got exemptions and only wrote professional level of ACCA, they had no issues with WES evaluation. It should not matter that you only wrote one paper, they are evaluating your certification. I think you should go ahead with it
