In terms of geopolitical alliances and influence, this cannot be further from the truth. On a global context, America is a country unto itself. There is no other country in the world that has to think about global implications whenever it acts. For example, Trumps trade wars are looking like the begining of a global recession. No other countries actions, not even China can produce a global recession. America's actions towards Iran are measured, not because Iran can do it any direct harm, but because of the potential difficulty it represents to the rest of the world. A third of the worlds oil demand passes through the straits of Hormuz. America can easily bomb Iran back to the stone age but guess who will suffer. India, China, Saudi Arabia, Europe etc. Russia and Iran are allies. If Russia cuts off gas supplies to Western Europe (Including the UK), people will freeze to death. And Russia is a NATO adversary. In fact, NATO exists becasue of Russia which is no direct threat to the U.S., but to the rest of Europe. However, no America, no NATO.

In terms of which continent is better to live, it all depends on perspective. I have lived on both and think there are pros and cons for one and the other. Anecdotal evidence suggests that if you first live on one, your preferences will lie there. They are quite different from a cultural perspective and if you get immersed in one culture, it becomes more difficult to adjust to the other.
The same way they bombed Vietnam into the stone age and bribed Saddam's army not to fight. You are a clown who reads too much and watch too much Hollywood war movies. America couldnt even fight the Taliban who fought with sticks, stones and camel. China has a bigger economy than America and can shut down the whole US. economy in two second but dont expect those rubbish western media to tell you so. America is China's bittcchh!

China expanding globally was as a result of all the greedy US politicians and some business men that over the years decided to use the Chinese people for cheap labour to manufactured their US products for US consumers.

And now that has backfired.

Trump getting elected was as a results of the rebellion against Obama and what he stood for.

Lies and another overused propaganda garbage. China closed its doors from the world for decades, it was actually the US. that went to China to beg it to open up to counter the Soviet Union. China dont need the US. and proved it for many years until the US. came begging. China was a closed communist paradise for over 30yrs. You are a poor student of history

You fail to realize that China's economy is mainly driven by exports. If other countries (especially America) do not buy, China is screwed. Americas economy is largely driven by consumtion. In simple terms, China's economy lies in Americas hands and Americas economy lies in Americas hands grin. In addition, China makes what they are told how to make. The technology of the stuff they make originates in the West. If America wisens up (which Trump is trying to do) and stops the transfer (stealing) of this technology, they are screwed.

How much does China pays its workers? Chicken change I believe.

China does not practice humans or labour rights in their Country so that why it is easy for them to abuse and exploits their workers to manufacture most of their products with very cheap quality and sell in at very cheap prices.

One of the faults or let me say major fault that's killing Trump is his demeanor with how he has carried the office of the Presidency.

Some of his policies might somehow be helping the US but the way he's going about it might not be going the conventional way that most people are used to.

He has not shown to talk or act Presidential...you know like saying the right and sweet talk words that most politicians like to use to communicate to people. cheesy

That is not entirely true, American farmers also depend on China to buy their products. Now China has decided not to buy soybeans from America and seek supplier elsewhere.

Another false statement is...China's economy lies in Americas hands and Americas economy lies in Americas hands..if that is the case then the trade war should be hitting only China but that is not the case, its 2ways traffic, no country can survive on his own.

America alone can not consume what they produce, if that is the case then China can also do the same because China is more populated.

Yes but hurt American economy even more, China has the money and most especially weaker currency so they can sell their goods quicker then America.

So, let describe how this works. Scenario 1: China calls in the debt, America pays up. America borrows more money from China to finance imports from China as America will not buy without them financing and China cannot sell otherwise. America wins!

Scenario 2: China calls in the debt and America pays. America slows down imports from China and their economy suffers. China buys American assets and treasury bonds like they have always done becasue that is the safest place for their money. America wins again! Case in point, the recent inveterted yield curve where short term rates are higher than long term rates due to China and the rest of the world rushing into American bonds as the markets went crazy.

You are blinded trying to defend a lost cause. America actually needs 1.4billion Chinese to buy their crap. Most american corporations make their money in China. Apple will be dead in two seconds without China. America movies now make more money in China than America. America as a very poor country wont be able to afford commodities if not th Chinese manufacturers bringing in cheap goods. Americans are broke and miserable. 90% of Americans will die broke or in debt. If Americans were asked to pay cash for a house or car there will be empty houses everywhere and roads without cars. America is a debt hole, an average Nigerian is far richer than a middle class America. Every Nigeria regretted traveling to America but they choose to die in the illusion

grin grin Where will America get the money to pay up? And what happens if China refuses to lend more money to America? America economy suffers? Your scenarios sound very funny and one sided.

Life doesn't work that way.

Because I work for a global company, I have a lot of insight into this trade issue. China has decided not to buy soybean directly from American farmers anymore, but they have to buy from American companies which control almost 90% of global grain trade and its infrastructure. I encourage you to read up about the ABCD agricultue companies. These companies have locked up grain trading across the world. China will not buy soybean originating in America but will buy it from Brazil and Argentina. Guess what?.... these companies are moving grain from the US to Argentina then shipping to China. This is what they do. China is buying up chicken agressively from American companies that operate out of the Asian region because of the recent outbreak of African swine fever in China that has decimated pork production. China is not really self sufficient in their food production.
The funny thing about China not buying American soybean directly from American farmers is that farmers are receiving and will continue to receive guaranteed insurance payments from the government, that buys up their stock for national security stockpiles. Guess how the government finances these payments that are running a deficit? Chinese government buying up us bonds grin. America wins again

The scenarios may sound one sided and somewhat comical, but this is what is actually happening between China and the U.S today. China cannot afford to do aything to bring down the value of the dollar becasue they hold a lot of it. The federal reserve can easily come up with a trillion dollars to pay China if they needed to. They have raised even more money for stuff in the past. You may think this unreal, but the rest of the world is practically scrambling to put thier money into US bonds becasue there is nowhere else to go.....some countires in Europe actually have negative interest rates

I agree, the average American may be in debt, but they are honest happy debtors. They enjoy all the fruits of a functioning government and this is why Nigerians as well as other nationalities go there. The average Nigerian that buys a house cash down is a thief or has taken undue advantage of society! How much do they earn to afford a 60 milion Naira house? Or even 30 million without a loan? Do the math. These people are eating your dinner for lunch!
