It will take an experienced, focus and dedicated administrator to manage complex state like Rivers state. It is not enough to distribute vehicles and gadgets to security operatives but intensive training that meet up with text of times. Surely, no governor will be happy seeing his subjects dying daily like chicken. Unfortunately every issues here is politicize. We need to do more.
Nevertheless, an average Portharcourt boys and girls at the end of the week never joke with their night life no matter what happen.
