My online store have since yesterday refused to open on both my laptop and phone.whenever I try to log in,I get response of this site can't be reached.I tender a report to the developer.He immediately logged into the site from is device,sent a screen shot of his log in and also did video call of him assessing the site.I just can't figure out any solution and it is very frustrating.I av cleared my cache and also uninstalled and reinstall my chrome app,but still no solution...I need help from gurus in the house. |

Clear your cache, and history ok you've cleared your cache cool, try loggin from another computer or phone |

mekuso89:I have done that...av cleared the cache and browser's data...it is still appearing ..I just don't know what else to do. |

mekuso89:let me try with any PC close to me...but the developer did video chat wit me..he logged in with his own PC..played around a while.. |

Why hasn't everyone seen the obvious reason, I have gone through this many times too The problems is your ISP, are you using GLO ? GLO has this bad habit of blocking some websites You can try accessing the site with a different network provider OR Use a VPN, or a proxy software to access the site I am sure it would work fine Opera for PC has an inbuilt VPN option You can also Google Ultrasurf, its a proxy software |
