Their website clearly states Academic but I used General training for my application and was issued. Maybe I was lucky.

His visa application will most likely be refused. He's attending Griffith college - that school requires full tuition payment before visa application ; his account has little or no relevance once there is no unverifiable lump sum paid into the account.

But then there's a;sways the God factor

Hi boss IcaSNG, I'm aware of the condition you stated. But are you aware that that the condition applies to only Nigerians and probably other African countries? The Indians are only required to pay a 1000 euros before they can be issued the invitation to apply(IVT) letter used for the visa processing. I strongly feel since he has paid 90% of his tuition, he might have gotten a sort of exemption from the college because if the college isn't satisfied, I don't think they will issue the IVT letter. Like I mentioned earlier, the only thing he can do at this point is to remain hopeful and positive.

Regards

I applied using a 7,000 euro bond which my sponsor purchased for me.
If your full tuition is also paid, you will be fine. Don't worry about the accommodation plan.

Boss, Either Nigerians- African or Asian- I believe we taught them how we should be treated.

If you're not aware , Indians / Asians have access to Foreign Education student loan - once this loan is approved and the school is notified , restrictions or certain requirements won't apply to them.

In the late 90s and early 2000, a lot of Nigerians got asylum in Ireland and then moved on to bring a lot of related and unrelated family members (Chain migration), so my point is they've been lenient in the past and if anyone is looking to move out of Nigeria just follow all legit rules and guidelines , either for Ireland or any other country- simple.

I hope Ireland is treating you fairly? wishing you success

For those of us still waiting for visa, I think visa decisions are being published weekly on INIS website. http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Visa%20Decisions

Studying in Ireland is EUR 9000/year, studying in Germany is basically free. They both offer a 1 year post-study work visa afterwards. Germany is also the most productive economy in Europe with a 3.9% unemployment rate, this is lower than the UK unemployment rate which stands at 4.4%. Ireland, on the other hand, is one of the least productive economies in Europe with a 6.4% unemployment rate.

There is no reason for an immigrant to study in Ireland when Germany provides the best option in Europe.

But they don't speak English na. How person won go dey speak Adolf Hitler language now
