He is the one who is in charge of managing the schedule and the head of the president's direct staff. What then is this noise for abeg? Its the same with states so whats this for? The truth is that, it is normal and in fact, proper procedure for the Chief of Staff of any office to plan and be in charge of the itinerary of the boss that appoints him. That is why it is a trusted, sensitive position. Unfortunately, this particular set of Kyari and Buhari are up to no good and that is why there are lots of negative reactions. A smart President would create alternative routes through which he can interact directly with ministers who are designated to directly assist him in carrying out his presidential duties just to be sure he is not boxed in or micro-manged by his Chief of Staff. Unfortunately, we cannot say for sure that there is that level of 'smartness' to be found in Buhari.
