Seriously ginger, garlic and onion,do you like blend them all together or something and how does your partner deal with your breath afterwards cause these combo has a very strong odour especially garlic.

Watermelon is also one of my favorites but of lately i have not been paying attention to my diet. Funny thing is i am not so active(sexually) so i cant really say for a fact how my performance will be though first round is a no no due to anxiety

Watermelon and lemon
Blend the water melon and boil to remove most(not all) of its water content then add lemon extract... delicious but as i said i am not so active so i couldnt really tell

Try this small home made remedy as for lemon it has future negative effect on firmness(weaken)

i know a lady who used to use tramadol for pain. She had serious pelvic pains and tramadol was prescribed but after awhile she needed something stronger but i am sure tramadol could work for you or something less stronger like clofenac
