This is becoming frustrating, since yesterday by 12:10pm till now my website went totally offline and unreachable. I tried contacting the customer care, (5times now) and they keep telling me they will resolve the issue.

I don't attempt to use any Nigeria host providers..

I mostly use foreign hosting companies tho

If my client insists tho
Will use a Nigerian host and let him face the consequences along..

Yours is even better. Mine started loading like a snail within the last 3days, before it finally went dead. As if that was not enough, I logged in to find my site suspended today and the worst past is that I'm running a community platform with lots of paying users. How are my users supposed to trust me again? They probably think I'm a criminal now. Garanntor has ruined my reputable and damaged my business just in a couple days!

It's quite unfortunate for them too because by the time they are done, they would have lost half their clients. I'm also moving my sites to A2 Hsting or Hostgator as we speak. I'm only being delayed since I don't have access to the updated versions of my website files. I've been looking up reviews of several hosting companies all day and to be frank, not many of them are encouraging. As a matter of fact, the moment I have the resources, I will be building my own servers for my sites. Tired of putting my business in other people's hands.

If you are running a community platform which enforce having many traffic and is hosted on their shared hosting, the site might be suspended due to high cpu usage or inodes. A site with high traffic is not recommended to be hosted on shared server, rather get a Dedicated Hosting or VM (Virtual Machine) for such domain.

garanntor is irredeemably useless. I have used them and seen they can make you look like a fool before clients. How does anyone ever expect things to work like this with a hosting company. They should close shop and go into undertaking business. They shouldn't be handling anything that has to do with the living.

garanntor hosting company is currently not working. 3 of my Websites under them are down. They have collected my money without providing the services that I paid for. Their contact details are not going through.
