Protesting Benue pensioners are still at the gate of the Benue State Government House, Makurdi. They slept in the rain, and have all vowed to stay there for as long as it takes untill the Governor, Samuel Ortom pays them the over 23 months pensions arrears and gratuities he owes them.

Pictures speak!

He is the worst in the history of human kind. When people mention folks like Theodore Orji, Yahaya Bello and Fayose as terrible leaders, I simply laugh at their ignorance. Ortom is worse than anything they've ever seen. The man is the SI Unit of failure.

All the man has done is acquire nearly all landed properties in the state capital and appropriate contracts to his company. The other day, documents leaked of a contract awarded to a company that is mandated to purchase plastic chairs from his company. The quotation would make you shed tears for this country.

My prayer is that the tribunal sacks him so at we can come to civilization. The Governor is so primitive in wealth acquisition that the only thing I think he has fallen short to do is money rituals. He has raped the state over and over and over again

When I think of how this man has ravaged the state I come close to tears. Benue is experiencing leadership at its worst. Only the tribunal can save the state

Gime isnt winning that case. Ortom will LIKELY (barring any natural causes) complete his second term

That is the painful truth.

Civil servants are being owed 5 to 8 months salaries (with the exception of Benue state university staff ONLY) and the man trudges along as though all is well.
