To be sincere they didn't specify the copies of credential it was only the form that was stated

For the reference letters, does it mean it will be 30 copies? Since there are 3 referees and 10copies for each.

i have submitted my applications in UCH that is how everybody is submitting NOW! you submit application online,then print the online slip and make 10 copies of it and 10 copies of each document to be submitted

And when is the closing date for submission. I'm through with the application.
I understand that we are to submit 10 copies each of the applications form, necessary documents, but does it mean 30 reference letters (the advert quoted 3 reference}

You mean to put all the reference letter on a single page?. It's better to do it separately.

I believe the person above you was talking about the application print out.
As for who to address the letter to, see the attached picture. Of course the letter should be signed by your referee.

check the last page of the form you printed . you are to submit 10 copies each including the referees letter and they must be on a letter headed paper.
