APC Candidate David Lyon has donated two Canoes to Elebele Community to ameliorate their sufferings due to the collapse of the Bridge that connected both sides of the town.

He also gave an automatic employment to two Youths that will ferry people across both sides.
Surprisingly the wages (Salaries) of these Paddlers are more than some Senior Civil Servants under Gov. Dickson.

Chief David Lyon has promised to make the construction of that bridge one of the first projects on assumption of office on 14th February, 2020 as Executive Governor of Bayelsa State.
