See this one up here, if you are intelligent enough you would know its better to smoke weed than binge drinking, smoke cigarette or use any other drug. Marijuana is natural, made by God and scientist all over the world has conducted research that marijuana has so much beneficial effect, from curing cancer, Parkinson just to mention a few. yes they are infact more states in america have legalised it. That being said ,lets look at it this way, those countries have good hospitals to take care of whatever reprecusions may come out of the decision,they have good security outfits to combat crime ,they have good rehab facilities, they have the advantage of brain drain even if their entire position decide to waste away,they will still get immigrants to fill the space .
