your charging port is bad,you will need to give it to an engineer to help you fix it,they will change the sub board,that is if you are sure you have tested it with fast chargers. I experienced same with my note 3

Your sub board is faulty, will need to have it fixed at Carl care service center.

it depends on the engineer,the person that fixed mine collected 1,500 for the sub board only,he is a brother,I paid for that only

Please heeeelllp! I can't use my infinix hot7pro hotspot on another device. Just used it once and since then other devices doesn't connect to the hotspot. This is frustrating me, who still uses modem on a system? If i try using my nokia phone hotspot on the system na one touch connection but this infinix only functioned once. Bought the phone just 2months ago

Do the phones or laptop detect the HotSpot name of your hot7? If yes, you can go to your hotspot settings on your hot 7 and toggle frequency band there. Then try connecting again.

Any 3chub outlet and yes i think so for the fonts because it uses xos 5.0 UI like the S4 which allows for font changes.
