listen carefully it's dagrin, olamide, reminisce, falz and CDQ. M.I just put the final nail on the coffin.
CDQ or "See The Queue"

Choose any one you like, it's a double entendre.

Sometimes trying to prove you're the best to someone way below you is an insult. We talking lyrical depth and delivery, you talking energy.

You mean like Eminem proved to MGK? It's alright.
Of course it's an insult only in Nigeria with this senior-brother-money-wins-all mentality.

Let the euphoria die down first, then we shall explore the rap potential of the diss songs.

There is an adage that says " when you keep pursuing somebody , you are definitely behind him '.
Vector has always seen Abaga as a threat , he has always been scared the king of rap crown ,which he has never worn would be taken away from him ....

Mode 9 can't hold a candle to M.I.

Nah bro.
He was insinuating it's an insult for M.I to diss VEC and I gave him a subtle reminder that if it's about the self-imposed Lord of Nigerian rappers status, Eminem, a rap god, dissed MGK as a reply incase he forgot.

Eminem won that round as a streetlord.

But this pathetic attempt by M.I. to hide behind fatherly figure to dodge a mic battle will only sell for his dumb fans. Even he knows VEC prowess.

Too sad the battle ended before it began.

Oh okay now I get you man
Eminem murdered MGK and even took the likes of Budden and Charlamagne as extras on "killshot"
I agree with you though, its never an insult to remind someone how great you are
And seriously,I wonder why the majority aren't seeing what actually is going on,M.I started this ish

I will pick MI songs over Vectors anytime anyday because I feel his flows are clearer than Vs....

But seriously, this comeback is weak mhen.... The purge is somehow better and Vec wasn't 100 on that track.... This sounds more like MI calling for a truce..

Using Jealousy and envy as theme of the diss is a lame attempt mhen..... MI started this ish.... Why is he suddenly subscribing to emotional blackmail?

Mentioning commercial rappers as top 5 in Yorubaland no follow. Vector murdered reminisce after he drew the first blood in 2012 and Olamide isn't even as good as reminisce when it comes to hardcore rap.... Falz is an entertainer while Cdq is a fuji artiste.... Only Dagrin comes close but na indigenous and he's dead while Vector is still here....

That's a goof on MI's part.... You can't be singing you rappers should fix up your life and still regard Falz and Cdq ( even badoo too) as rappers when they are commercial acts... None of them are better than Vector on the M.I.C

I know MI apologist would not agree but listen to how he finished Kelly on beef, then you will agree this one sounds more like MI calling for a peace talk or should I say running away from a fight....

Dissing A-list rappers in a radio program or freestyling for 2 hours doesn't make u the best and top of the game.

According to M.I, don't just win the beef but win in life.
What has vector achieve as a rapper and how many records has he sold? He is not even top 5 in Yoruba land.

What do you say about J. Coles 1985?

Despite M.I not labelling the track a diss, he sure dissed VEC on many levels man, and the delivery too reaffirms the diss...

You are right to say he is calling a truce cause M.I stated repeatedly on the track that he dosent want to diss, but we can't overlook the fact that he schooled him with bars and facts too (though with some emotional strings).

But you know VEC tried going emotional too on his 1 hour interview with Daddy Freeze, check it out.

For me M.I helped VEC massively (PR wise) with this Their beef and this track, I almost forgot about VEC till this stuff happened.

Me listening to 'The Purge' was cause M.I uploaded on his YouTube Channel despite it being a diss, then the tetra cycling was from NairaLand guys this morning when the first thread was created about this beef.

So far M.I is winning but VEC has an edge knowing fully well M.I dosent want to battle.

VEC was long forgotten till this beef. And it seems his management (which is himself) is the problem.

He should heed M.I's advice and see how it goes.

I remember those King Kong days...

can you compare NAS with Drake lyrically? But yo, commercially, Drake has everything.. So, when it comes to bars, Vec gat it more than M.I. the fact M.I is replying is cause those jabs from Vec be getting too much for his ego and his team be pushing him to reply

One thing I know, M.I has a deep-seated inferiority complex because of his height. That's how many short people are. They use external things like money, always bragging about their financial superiority all in the bid to feel superior. M.I talks too much and his height is the reason. One look at Vector and you'll see that he is comfortable in his own skin, simple, cute, tall and a lady's man. He doesnt have as much money as M.I but you can smell class all over him, a perfect gentleman. In the rap game, M.I is better, has won the awards but deep down he is still insecure.

This comparison is arguable...

Are you implying NAS is like VEC and Drake is like M.I or vice versa...

Either way I doesn't fit for VEC, cause his impact hasn't been felt to be regarded like Nas, same as Drake commercially.

And M.I may be inbetween both.

MI be sounding feminine on this track really..... This is a diss not a love song. He needs to keep his emotions away...

Vector isn't asking for Pr support from anybody..... He already reaffirmed by telling MI they are not gees.... No be everybody listen to the purge on MI's YouTube page...

The ish has been going on for a while now. It didn't start the day Vector released the purge but you think Vector should be thankful because Incredible is promoting him...

Vector is only keeping it real and he doesn't need MI to go soft on him that's why he went for his jugular....

MI should go hard like a chairman or go home....

Tha hell was he even rapping during the freestyle thing..lol
Script rappers are usually better than freestyle ones in lyrical depth and delivery.
A perfect example of a script rapper was 2pac.
That he holds the record for the longest freestyle ever in naija doesn't make him the best in naija.

M.I going soft on VEC shouldn't be faulted cause he titled it an advice not a diss and he stated he dosent want to beef with VEC and wouldn't.
Another reason for that may be his LOVE EP which will be released next week or so, you don't want to diss someone this week and drop a love EP next week ma man.

Lastly it's M.I's choice to beef or not, and you are not compelled by anything to throw stones at any dog barking.

But we all know M.I got the fire.
