Please what are the ranges of the house rent around there

It depends

You can get self contain 120-150k annually or more
2 bedroom 200- 250k depending on finishing
3 bed 250-350-400k, depending on some other factors too.
This is around ijanikin area around federal govt college.


Apartments in communities directly around the industrial estate are more expensive due to demand. Opic, opposite opic etc.
