What's the work of VIO and FRSC?

They chase after private vehicles rather than commercial vehicles

This is happening consistently but FRSC, Traffic police and VIO are busy fighting for who should be arresting vehicles with no papers.

This hellhole of a country. Lawlessness, corruption and averseness to doing right, is the bane of this country.

1. The truck is not road worthy, ironically the owner is the truck will be a well to do businessman who decides to risk the lives of other road users in his/her quest to maximize profits instead of changing the truck.
2. The truck would definitely have been flagged by road safety officials, but corruption (after been settled by the owner), won't allow them take that truck off the road completely.
