Some years ago a brother of a friend of mine was almost jailed for not been able to produce money for a particular month, he was the treasurer of the church for many years.
he spent over 1week in police cell and was charged to court, the pastor was hellbent on sending him to prison, it was friends and family that contributed the money. He left the church after the incident and relocated.
These churches don't care, its all about the money.

A pastor been transfered the moment he finishes building a parish to a canopy parish is norm in redeem it always happen

The Region Province and zone contributes nothing to building of parish common to assist the parish to buy land is war you will tell them that you want to buy land of 1million for building they will approve 100k to you then where will the pastor bring the remaining 900k

I just explained to you I served as an Administrator for 6yrs under an area in lugbe Abuja and Fct province 5 was my provincial headquarters
I was in charge of remittances because I have 7parishes under my Area that comes for remittances

I was in charge of church procurement so I know people who single handedly sponsors the church

I repeat again, building of churches isn't only financed by a pastor, so many members contribute one way or the other.
About been transferred, it is a norm in redeem that makes anyone liable to transfer during convention month. Least you forget, the parish he is been transferred to was also supervised by someone. A parish pastor can only be transferred within where he resides ( that is if you live in ikeja, you will be transferred within that environment).

Stop spreading falsehood. Your position determines how you can be transferred. Stop spreading falsehood cause you hate the church. There are issues in the church and we must accept but do not exaggerate or frame up stories to sound real. So many pastor's are allowed to nurture the church they planted before been transferred. The reason why they all plant before going is to build there profile so when asked what they accomplished where they left, they will say they planted a church.

When a new parish in a zone was created, they made my parents head of the parish, my parents practically bought all the equipment, like band, mic, amp, and even few chairs.
