You are not alone bro but no one will help you but yourself. IMO, learn a skill I will recommend programming be good at it and believe me you will get a job mostly in Lagos that's what sells now. Hope this helps

You can learn it for free online. I use YouTube. Just download d videos, watch and then practice. Start with html/css, javascript, PHP then you progress from there.

Now you have asked a good question. I will tell you how i started. Maybe it will help.
I went for domain reselling. Get a hosting company close to you and buy one. You can resell domain accounts to people who wish to host their site. You can even customize it to look like your company without them knowing that, you are linked to a parent server.
Secondly, not so many Nigerians know that, they can pay online what they struggle to pay everyday at the bank (No one likes to go to the bank for things like this and that is your leverage) . I mean Remita. You can generate invoices for them and tell them you could save them the stress of going to the bank by paying online for them. Same with virtually all school fees and post utme payment today. Get atleast 5k and deposit it in your account. People will always come after bank hours to pay remita. You charge them what the bank charges and collect what the bank will normally collect. Then print the receipt for them.
You just need to find a place suitable for you and start referral immediately you get your first customer.
